Delivery agents who participate in deliveries for our healthcare customers have a duty to disinfect their vehicles on a regular basis. Internal protocols and quality control measures have been implemented to ensure compliance.

Our delivery agents must have dangerous goods certification to deliver for our healthcare customers. For packages labelled UN3373 (Biological Substances), UN1845 (Dry Ice), or any other eligible dangerous goods, rest assured that the delivery will be handled with meticulous care.

Entrust Planet Courier to deliver vaccines, pharmaceuticals, coolers, human samples, medical documents, and any other medical paraphernalia. We only allocate qualified drivers to fulfill such deliveries.

We understand that some pharmaceuticals and human samples are sensitive to temperature, so we have deployed temperature-monitoring devices in participating vehicles to ensure that specified cabin temperatures are respected at all times, throughout the delivery process. Notifications are sent to managers in real time if the vehicle temperature goes beyond the allowed range so that immediate action can be taken.

Healthcare operations are active around the clock and so are we! Our night and weekend teams ensure ongoing operations of urgent medical delivery requests. We offer eligible healthcare customers access to a dedicated customer service hotline outside regular business hours.
